1. Operator
PAIBOT.app (the "Service") is operated by PAIBOT LLC ("we").
2. Information we collect
- Account information: the email address used to sign in, display name and similar (accounts are managed with Clerk)
- Information you register: profile details such as date of birth, diary entries, favorites and settings
- Usage: answers and scores in the math problem sets, access times and similar
- Payment information: the status of your paid plan. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor Stripe; we do not store them.
- Technical information needed to run and secure the Service, such as IP address, browser type and cookies
3. How we use it
- To provide the Service, verify identity and manage accounts
- To provide per-user features such as score history and settings
- To provide paid plans and charge for them
- To respond to inquiries
- To prevent misuse and improve the Service
4. Third parties and service providers
Except as required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent.
We entrust the handling of personal information to the following providers to run the Service. All are based in the United States and handle information under their own privacy policies.
- Clerk, Inc. (accounts and sign-in)
- Stripe, Inc. (payments for paid plans)
- Cloudflare, Inc. (delivery of the Service and data storage)
5. Security
We take necessary and appropriate measures, such as access restrictions, to prevent the leakage, loss or damage of personal information.
6. Requests about your information
When you ask us to disclose, correct, stop using or delete your personal information, we respond in accordance with the law after confirming your identity. Some information, such as diary entries and profile details, can also be deleted from the Service itself.
7. Minors
Minors should use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.
8. Changes
We may revise this policy as needed. Revisions take effect once published on the Service.
